The Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) Study Program at the Vietnamese-German University (VGU) is pleased to announce the 4th International Student Conference on Sustainable Urban Development (SUD 2026). This annual academic event provides an inspiring platform for students, young researchers, and emerging urban professionals to exchange ideas, present research, and discuss innovative solutions for sustainable urban futures.

About the Conference

The International Student Conference on Sustainable Urban Development aims to foster academic exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration among students at Bachelor, Master, and PhD levels from Vietnam and around the world.

Through keynote presentations, student research sessions, and networking activities, participants will have the opportunity to engage with contemporary urban challenges and contribute to discussions on sustainable development.

Objectives of the Conference

The conference aims to:

  • Provide a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and innovative ideas among students at Bachelor, Master, and PhD levels.
  • Foster collaboration and networking among young urban practitioners from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.
  • Strengthen academic cooperation in the field of sustainable urban development among institutions and individuals.
  • Support students in enhancing their presentation, communication, and academic discussion skills through constructive feedback from peers and invited experts.
