The SUD program at VGU has been an incredible growth experience for me, as the program familiarize students with all aspects of urban development. Even better, there is not a better city to study and be around transformative urban growth than Ho Chi Minh City. It's exciting to witness the growth of the city and even more exciting to be a part of it!

The Sustainable Urban Development Master's Program has been an incredible journey that has equipped me with the valuable knowledge and skills to tackle complex urban challenges from a sustainability perspective. The captivating curriculum, experienced and dedicated faculty, and practical academic disciplines have empowered me, as a researcher, to make a meaningful impact in creating more livable, resilient and sustainable cities. This program has surpassed my expectations, offering an intriguing yet rigorous and challenging educational journey. I am sincerely grateful for the valuable relationships I have formed and the remarkable individuals I have encountered at both The Vietnamese-German University and The Technische Universität Darmstadt.

SUD master course is a great chance for me to access the road to achieve sustainability for development projects and contribute to our lively city, hometown, country, and planet; from general to specific things, from planning to building scale. Similarly, whether you already had this mindset or started recognizing this hot trend, this program surely gives a strong platform to explore the united complexity (economic-ecology-society) of future sustainable world under development perspectives. As a result, a multidisciplinary mindset and experience can be an expected outcome increasing our understanding level to solve urban problems both in academic and practical environments, in greenfield and brownfield development.
